Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout performed on a specialized machine called a Reformer. It uses spring-based resistance to strengthen, lengthen and align your muscles. The method improves core strength, posture, flexibility and overall stability while being gentle on the joints.

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced clients. instructors provide modifications and guidance to ensure you get the most out of your session safely.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. Grip socks are required on the reformer (we sell them in-studio if needed).

Yes! Reset Pilates Studio hosts private group events, including birthday celebrations, bachelorette parties, corporate wellness sessions. Email us for more info.

Yes, our instructors can modify exercises to accommodate injuries, limitations or pre/post natal needs. Always consult with your healthcare provider first.

We recommend arriving 10min before class starts to get settled.

Classes can be booked online via our website or on our app. Simply choose the class type, date and time, then reserve your spot. Walk-ins may be available but booking in advance is recommended.
